PINEAPPLE JALAPENO CHICKEN PIZZA
Ingredients
1 medium store bought or homemade pizza crust
½ cup Pineapple Jalapeno Jelly
1 large chicken breast, cooked and diced
½ each - small green and yellow pepper, very thinly sliced
1 small onion, thinly sliced
1 cup mozzarella cheese
1 tsp. The Perfect Blend Seasoning
Instructions
Heat oven to 400°F. Place pizza crust on a baking sheet. Spread half of the Pineapple Jalapeno Jelly on the crust. Toss chicken with remaining jelly; arrange on the crust. Add peppers, onion and cheese, sprinkle with The Perfect Blend Seasoning. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until cheese is melted.
